We stand behind our work with warranties on labor and materials as specified in your contract. Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and products used.
Good Choice Pro maintains comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during renovation work.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on project stage and materials already purchased.
Client agrees to provide access to the work site during normal business hours and ensure a safe working environment for our crew.
Any changes to the scope of work must be requested in writing and will require a change order with updated pricing and timeline.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
